Hi friend!

My name is Art and I’m a 91 year old, retired Canadian chemical engineer.

I was raised a Baptist, became a believer and was baptized into the church.

Attending university, I began to question religion and eventually realized, reluctantly, that it was all a hoax, and when one Sunday I had an overwhelming  urge to stand up in church and holler “Bullshit!”,  I realized that I was an atheist.   

The opinions on the various topics discussed in my blog are my feeble attempts to state my personal beliefs, with the hope that they are not too simplistic.
